The hotel has a convenient location close to the Taj Mahal and other historical monuments. The rooms were basic, but spacious enough, though not very clean, and lacked towels. The service was courteous and helpful, but with a slight expectation for tips. The dining experience was good, catering to various palates, with caring and friendly staff. The facilities were adequate for my stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly impressive. The Maharaja Suite I stayed in was both clean and very neat, spacious, modern, and surprisingly did not have a safe. The service I received was commendable with friendly and efficient reception staff. The location, while close to the Taj Mahal and other historical monuments, was a bit away from the main hotel boundary, hosting wedding functions, making it a vibrant stay. The dining experience, especially the breakfast buffet, was one of the best I have encountered, offering a decent variety to cater to local and international palates. Overall, the facilities at the hotel enhanced my experience.
The hotel offers neat and clean rooms accommodating three persons, with breakfast and an early check-in option. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner around the edges, but they are spacious. However, the heating provided is not sufficient to keep warm during cold weather.
